New Addition to the Fleet ! 2007-11-09
In September 2007 Flex Direct added a new artic to it's existing fleet, it has now had the Flex Direct logo's added.

Extended Contract 2007-11-08
Flex Direct are pleased to announce that earlier this year we added a brand new 18t vehicle to our existing fleet, this will be used exclusively for the deliveries of Johnson & Johnson kitchens across the country. Our contract with Johnson & Johnson of Trafford Park has also been extended for a further three years.

High Value Load 2007-10-22

Flex Direct were asked to collect a jet engine from Birmingham East Midlands Airport and Deliver to Manchester International , the cost of the engine should anybody wish to purchase one would be around £6 million pounds!
Our driver on this occasion was Barry, who is a keen model aircraft pilot and has constructed and flown far smaller jet engines as a hobby. He was extremely interested in this particular load and was able to discuss the engine and loading requirements with engineers in Birmingham.
Stringent timed collection and delivery times were in force to minimise the aircraft downtime and apron charges at Manchester. Needless to say, Barry successfully delivered on time to meet Boeing’s engineers. The engine has now been successfully fitted to a Boeing 767.

Ripcurl Boardmasters Event 2007-08-15
Between August 6 and August 12 2007 Flex Direct will be transporting essential equipment for the Ripcurl Boardmasters Event in Newquay.
We will also be providing transport for other events around the country..

Extreme Event 2007 2007-08-02
On the 4th August 2007, Flex Direct will be pleased to donate an 18 tonne vehicle to be used at Wythenshawe Park during the Wythenshawe Extreme Event. Click here for more information on the event.
